Thank you to the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago for inviting our co-founder, Jennifer Docherty of Performance Trust Capital Partners, to speak with Bruce K. Lee, CEO of HTLF, at this year's Community Bankers Symposium. Jenn and Bruce led a fireside chat on "The Business Case for Diversity in Banking." Thank you as well to our director Jennifer Durham King of Vedder Price for coordinating our participation, and sponsoring our welcome dinner on Thursday evening. We also want to thank our director Felicia K. for all of your guidance during the planning process! Thank you to all of our partners for such a great event on Tuesday night! Our event with the International Women's Forum of DC and was a huge success - attendees at the sold-out event were treated to a warm introductions from our hosts, followed by a riveting conversation between Jennifer Docherty and Mary Ann Scully.
