Every time I’ve came I’ve never had a problem. The food is always fresh and good and they give it to you quick. Maybe it’s just wrong timing for some people.

I want to start off by saying that I don't expect much from fast food service. They are always understaffed and poorly managed and a lot of things are out of their control. That being said I am a night owl and I have few late at night options for fast food, so I have been here a few times although I really try not to go because it is rare that my experience will be a decent one. The staff is rude and the food is often bad and the order messed up. I usually write it off, but this last time I decided to give it a shot again and I don't think I will go back, regardless of my only 2 options being them or Jack in the box. Not only ly did they pull their normal routine where I sat at the box for several minutes and no I'm not exaggerating for my point. The lady taking my order said k each time I said something no more and no less. At the end quoted me 19 dollars and change. I thought that was high, but didn't question it. I figured I read the burrito price wrong and it was a few more dollars. I get to the window. She opens it says the price and holds out her hand for money pr card, once again says no more and no less than exactly that. She hands me my card back with no receipt, which I usually don't ask for, although I was curious about the pricing, but was willing to write it off. She hands me the soda without a word and then closes the window and I sit there for several more minutes before it opens and she shoves the bag at me and says here you go and closes the window. Her entire attitude acted like she was passed by my mere presence. I open my bag and there over priced Carmel cheesecake bites which i ordered and quite literally are the only reason I cave and go to them instead of jack, where not in the bag. So what I paid almost 8 dollars for was not even in there. I'm just tired of them always messing up and there rude as employees, because I already know from prior experience that calling the manager would only be more aggravating and I don't feel like driving back over there to pick up my food again. I just wanted to eat and go to bed.

Almost 13 dollars for a chicken burrito and fries! Place is a rip off. Bunch of diversity hires working inside. Place is garbage.Edit: 02/13/2024. Stopped at this place one last time and ordered shrimp tacos. They gave me cabbage tacos basically cost 18 dollars. . This has to be the worst del taco around. Never eat here again.

I tried to order tacos with a substitute of corn tortilla and the owner tried to charge me for the tacos plus a side of tortillas. Then there was no hot sauce! The tree times I have come they are out of a condiment sauce. This owner is canceling orders of sauce to save money.

I went on 09-04-2020 and ordered 2 party packs (6 hard tacos & 6 burritos). I asked for extra red sauce and extra onion...did not get that. On top of that, the tacos are pathetic and not even close to what the pic on the menu shows. My daughter, who is 6 yrs old, grabbed a second taco, she opened it and we find the foam/rubber thing inside. Not making this up, all true. I will never be going back and I have already emailed the corporate headquarters.
