Update Your Membership Toolkit (MTK) Account & Purchase Frozen Treat Friday & Special Lunch
Once you find out who your child’s teacher is, head on over to Membership Toolkit and update your family profile for the new school year. Membership Toolkit is our PTO member portal where you can purchase sign up for activities, volunteer (forms coming in a few weeks!), and more.

Back to School Backlot Bonanza - Friday, Aug 23
Introducing a new, free* event on Friday, August 23, 6:00-7:30pm - Back To School Backlot Bonanza.. Join us “on the blacktop” in the back of Ivy Hall for a fun night hanging out with old/new friends, playing on the playground, lawn games, sports, and more. You’re welcome to bring your own picnic dinner - we will have an ice cream truck *selling ice cream novelties - cash/credit card accepted. In event of rain, event will be cancelled.
Don’t make lunch or dinner on the first day of school - make it a Culver’s day
Celebrate a half day of school (and the first day of school!!) by taking a break from cooking lunch or dinner – or enjoy a cold custard treat! Visit Culver’s in Buffalo Grove on Thursday, August 15 -be sure tomention Ivy Hall PTOand Culver’s will donate 25% of sales! Culver’s is open 10am-10pm, so you can eat early or late!

REMINDER: Special Lunch and Frozen Treat Friday
SPECIAL LUNCH:As we have seen across the food industry over the last few years, vendor price increases and ingredient changes have impacted the PTOs ability to offer certain nutritionally compliant meals at a price point that is reasonable to families. We will continue to offer Ivy Hall Wildcat student favorite Special Lunch: Papa John’s pizza for special lunch! All meals will be served with 2 sides (including an ice cream novelty) and a bottle of water. Special Lunch will be held on Wednesdays, once per month.
ICE CREAM DAY:Frozen Treat Friday has always been one of the students’ favorite programs. In the 2024-2025 school year, Ivy Hall PTO will distribute ice cream novelties at lunch once per month to those who have pre-ordered an ice cream card.We know that our Wildcats will look forward to this special treat once per month.

Beautify your home and support Ivy Hall PTO - Fall Annuals on sale Aug 15-18
Support our ongoing fundraiser in partnership with North Shore Plant Club. The North Shore Plant Club’s mission is to make gardening more accessible to the community.You can purchase a wide range of plants at near wholesale prices. Ivy Hall PTO will receive a portion of your purchase.
Joining the club is free and gives you access to great prices, a huge selection of plants that arrive fresh from the growers, while shopping from the convenience of your home. When you join North Shore Plant Club and purchase a plant using our special link below, 5% of the proceeds will go to Ivy Hall School PTO.
You, friends, family and neighbors will be able to order various times between April and October and support the fundraiser. There are Plant Club pick up locations in Buffalo Grove (near the Prairie View Metra Station), Barrington, Glenview, Deerfield, Lake Forest, Libertyville, Naperville, Skokie/Evanston, Wilmette and Winnetka.
You’ll be notified by email when each sale begins, you can also view upcoming sale dates on the North Shore Plant Club website. Fall Annuals will be on sale Aug 15-18.
