Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Establish a formal onboarding process for new clients to ATS systems and tools.
Build technical solution recommendations for client and internal ATS environments.
Establish processes to implement and maintain consistent configuration baselines across internal and external client systems.
Partner with client managers and business development teams to improve customer experience, service delivery quality and drive business growth.
Develop a scalable strategy for server and Office 365 backups of client environments, including documentation, alerting configuration and auditing of configuration
Develop a scalable multi-tenant hosting environment for ATS clients.
Oversee the management of multi-tenant network and system monitoring systems (NMS) for clients
Manage Microsoft 365 baseline configurations for client environments
Leverage monitoring statistics and trends from client system performance to continuously improve performance.
Proactively monitor overall health of network and server infrastructure, which includes, but is not limited to, backups, patching, threat management software and overall health of server systems and network devices
Manipulate data from various sources and integrations with excel or scripting
Generate required documentation during audits
Participate in developing and maintaining technical documentation associated with client environments
Assist with developing automated processes
Present a security mindset at all times
Ability to identify technical and process gaps within client environment configurations and provide remediation action items
Ability to work individually and in team environments both internally and with clients to formalize client systems and project implementation and migration plans
Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems
Self-starter, maintaining a positive attitude, who is always looking for a way to do things better
Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
1 + year of experience with Azure Administrator / CCNP or progress toward Azure Administrator
2 + years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Management/Intune and Microsoft Exchange
1 + years of experience with SharePoint Online
1 + year of experience with Routers and routing protocols
Knowledge of Web application hosting (IIS, LAMP), SQL Server and Remote support applications
Knowledge of Dell and HP Workstation/Server Hardware and Patch Management
Hobby: Flower arranging, Yo-yoing, Tai chi, Rowing, Macrame, Urban exploration, Knife making
